For the convenience of users, particularly for the vast majority of experimental scientists, a publicly accessible web-server: IML-TYLCVs has been established. Moreover, to maximize users' convenience, a step-by-step guide is given below on how to use the web-server and get the desired results without the need to through the mathematical details of the algorithm.
-
Step 1Copy the following link https://balalab-skku.org/IML-TYLCVs/ to the web browser or click here, and you will see its top page of IML-TYLCVs. Click on the Help button to see a brief introduction about the server.
-
Step 2Enter the query peptide sequences into the input box at the center. You can also directly upload input file via the 'Choose File' option. The input sequences should be in the FASTA format. Examples of FASTA-formatted sequences can be seen by clicking on the Example button right above the input box.
-
Step 3By clicking on the button submit, you will get the predicted results on the screen of your computer. The first, the second, the third, and the fourth columns represent serial number, peptide id (i.e. user FASTA ID), (Severe) or (Mild) and probability of prediction.
-
Step 4Click on the Reset button to reload the page or click the Clear button to clear the previous sequences or file present in the input box or the file upload box.
-
Step 4Click on the Dataset button to download the datasets (training and independent) used in this paper.
